Your feedback loop, in your Slack channel.
Connect a channel once and the whole team sees every new request, every triage decision, and every published update, without opening Feedock.
What lands in Slack
New feedback
A user submits a request on your board and it posts to the channel instantly, with a link straight into triage.
Status changes
A request moves through triage (planned, in progress, shipped) and the channel gets the update, so nobody asks “what happened to that one?”
Changelog published
You publish an update and the announcement posts to the channel at the same moment the people who asked get their emails.
Connect in a minute
- 1Open Settings, then Team channels, in your Feedock project.
- 2Click “Add to Slack” and pick a channel in Slack's native picker. Prefer manual setup? Paste an incoming-webhook URL instead; it always works.
- 3That's it. Events start posting immediately, and you can add more channels or remove one anytime.
Webhook URLs are secrets, and Feedock treats them that way: encrypted at rest with AES-GCM, never logged, and removable with one click.
