Your feedback loop, in your Slack channel.

Connect a channel once and the whole team sees every new request, every triage decision, and every published update, without opening Feedock.

What lands in Slack

  • New feedback

A user submits a request on your board and it posts to the channel instantly, with a link straight into triage.

  • Status changes

A request moves through triage (planned, in progress, shipped) and the channel gets the update, so nobody asks “what happened to that one?”

  • Changelog published

You publish an update and the announcement posts to the channel at the same moment the people who asked get their emails.

Connect in a minute

  1. 1Open Settings, then Team channels, in your Feedock project.
  2. 2Click “Add to Slack” and pick a channel in Slack's native picker. Prefer manual setup? Paste an incoming-webhook URL instead; it always works.
  3. 3That's it. Events start posting immediately, and you can add more channels or remove one anytime.

Webhook URLs are secrets, and Feedock treats them that way: encrypted at rest with AES-GCM, never logged, and removable with one click.
